SooChin Yen

SooChin joined OHE as a fellow through the OHE Fellowship Programme and is currently undertaking an MSc in Economic Evaluation in Healthcare at the City University of London. SooChin is a GPhC registered pharmacist with clinical expertise working for NHS primary care. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, SooChin practiced as a clinical pharmacist in a vaccination centre and administered Covid-19 vaccines in adherence to the policies and guidelines from Public Health England (PHE) and Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI). She is interested in bringing innovation to our healthcare systems and aspires to contribute to research that improves patient medication access. She also holds an MPharm, Masters of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nottingham.
