Eleanor Bell
Visiting Fellow
Eleanor is an economist specialising in the modelling and evaluation of healthcare interventions for infectious diseases.She works at the UK Health Security Agency, where she leads the agency’s economic analysis and policy development for sexually transmitted and blood borne diseases. Her current research agenda focuses on estimating the return on investment to sexual and reproductive healthcare, and the associated impacts on health equity. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford and postgraduate degrees from the University of Cambridge and University College London.
