Manit Sittimart is a Senior Associate at the HITAP International Unit (HIU) with a background in Biomedicine, where he explored a wide range of diseases at the cellular level. His postgraduate studies focused on managing chronic diseases and public health, particularly in behavior change, physical activity, and intervention development for disease prevention and health promotion. He also served on the secretariat team for the Universal Coverage Benefit Package (UCBP), contributing to the development of Thailand’s Universal Coverage Scheme (UCS). Manit is the focal point for HITAP’s HTA collaborations with Lao PDR.
