Paul Oyalo

Paul joined the OHE in August 2024 as Graduate Economist. Before joining us, Paul had previously worked on various research projects focusing on improving patient access to cancer therapies in Low- and Middle-income countries.

Paul holds an MSc in Health Economics and Decision Modelling from the University of Sheffield and has previously completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Global Health and Epidemiology from the University of Dundee. For his master’s dissertation, he carried out an empirical de-novo cost-effective analysis for the treatment of the rare adult-onset dermatomyositis in UK population. Paul’s research interests are in cost effectiveness modelling, the economic evaluation of rare diseases, and pricing strategies for innovative therapies.
