This calculator summarises the potential financial impacts of employee absenteeism and presenteeism as incurred by the employer due to respiratory infections. Costs are presented as annual estimates and do not reflect wider societal impacts. The tool relies on benchmark information guided by YouGov survey data and ONS cost data, and makes use of individual employer inputs and assumptions where available. While efforts have been made to ensure accuracy, results should be used as a guide rather than definitive figures. User inputs are not saved or viewed by Pfizer or OHE. Pfizer and OHE have taken reasonable care in developing this calculator, but exclude responsibility for any loss, liability or costs arising in connection with the use, or outputs, of the calculator to the fullest extent permitted by law.
